What’s the difference between stickers, decals and iron-on transfers?
Stickers are printed with adhesive backing — ideal for product packaging, promotions, and branding. Vinyl decals are precision-cut and best suited for smooth surfaces like walls, windows, mirrors, vehicles, and signage. Iron-on transfers are heat-applied and designed specifically for fabric and apparel including linen, cotton and canvas. Not sure which is right for your project? We'll guide you before we print anything.
Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Upload your logo or artwork during checkout or when submitting a quote. We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, JPEG and most common file formats. Every file is reviewed by our team before production to make sure it prints cleanly.
What if my artwork isn’t print-ready?
No problem at all. We offer artwork setup and logo cleanup as part of our service. If your file needs adjustments — resolution fixes, background removal, format conversion — we'll take care of it and let you know before production begins. Just send us what you have and we'll make it work.
What sizes can I order?
We offer a wide range of standard sizes across all product types, from small logo stickers to large-format vinyl decals up to 120cm. Custom dimensions are also available. If you have a specific space to fill or aren't sure what size suits your project, send us your backdrop or surface dimensions and we'll recommend the right option.
How fast is your turnaround time?
Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days. Same or next-day dispatch is available for rush orders depending on the product and artwork readiness — select the Rush Order option at checkout. We ship Australia-wide with tracking, and delivery typically takes 1-4 business days after dispatch. We're based in Sydney, NSW.

Very easy, great quality iron on transfers. At first I got confused and put the transfer face down - but should have actually been faced up. Once I got it right it didn’t affect the quality of how it stuck on the shirt. I haven’t washed the shirt yet, but am sure from the quality of them I will have no issues. Really impressed with how great quality these are. I opted for the quality review option too for peace of mind. Will continue to buy from NTL as I receive more sponsors for my Terry Campese Foundation challenge. Also great postage wise - all fit neatly in an envelope. Very happy!
I was so happy with our iron on print for my daughter's 1st birthday backdrop. It looked exactly how I pictured. I had some issues ironing on two of the letters and the team were incredible to be able to send me out replacement letters in a couple of days just in time for the party!
