Shipping policy
We ship orders from the Sydney Area, Australia.
All orders are delivered by Australia Post. Once the tracking information updates to 'SCANNED' and 'DELIVERED', at which point we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The approximate shipping time is 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.
Once we have dropped off your order at the post office, we have no control over their shipping process. As such, we are not liable or responsible for any delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries.
If your order has not arrived after the displayed date, please get in touch with us. We will resolve this for you!

EXPRESS / URGENT ORDER TERMS
By submitting an Urgent Order Request form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Same-day and next-day production and delivery is available on selected products only and is subject to availability, daily production capacity, and courier cut-off times.
You acknowledge that:
• Same-day delivery is available where courier cut-off times allow
• Express orders are prioritised but not guaranteed and are subject to daily production capacity
• All artwork must be supplied in print-ready format at the time of submission
• Any delay in artwork approval may affect express eligibility and delivery timelines
• An express service fee may apply
• Orders are confirmed and production slots are secured only once full payment has been received
• Once production has commenced, urgent orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable
Submitting an Urgent Order Request form does not reserve a production slot. Availability, delivery timing, and express eligibility will be confirmed by our team prior to payment.
ntlprint reserves the right to decline urgent order requests at its discretion.
