Shipping policy
All orders are delivered by the Australia Post. Once the tracking info Updates as SCANNED and DELIVERED, at which point We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The approximate shipping time are 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.
Once we have dropped off your order at the post office, we have no control over their shipping process. As such, we are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries.
If your order has not arrived after displayed date, please get in touch with us. We will resolve this for you !
