How we size your vinyl decal
The size you select at checkout is the longest side of your vinyl decal — not the size of your backdrop or banner.

What fabrics can I apply my iron-on transfer to?
Our iron-on transfers work best on natural fabrics including linen, cotton, and canvas. Synthetic fabrics like polyester or nylon or other delicates may need a shorter press time of 5-10 seconds, always using an overlay like baking paper. For best results, press on a firm, flat surface.
I recieved my order in multiple parts, why?
For larger iron-on transfers, we split the design into sections to make application easier and more accurate. The pieces are designed to align perfectly once applied. Please refer to our application video for guidance on lining up multi-piece transfers for a seamless finish.

Can I provide my own fonts?
Yes, absolutely. Send through a downloadable font link or the font file to hello@ntlprint.com.au and we'll use it in your iron-on transfer design. Not sure which font to choose? Browse our available styles in the product images above — we have script, bold, serif, modern, and handwritten options to suit every event theme.
I created my design in Canva, can I share this with you?
Definitely! Share your Canva document link via email at hello@ntlprint.com.au and we'll handle the rest — printing your iron-on transfer directly from your design. Make sure sharing is set to 'Anyone with the link can view' and that your design dimensions match your chosen size.
When will I receive my order?
Production takes 1-3 business days. If you've requested a design proof, we'll send this within 24 hours of purchase — once you approve, your order moves straight to production. Shipping takes 1-4 additional business days Australia-wide. Same/next day dispatch is available as a rush order at checkout. We ship from Sydney, NSW.
