When will I receive my order?

Production will take 1-3 business days. If requested, proofing will be provided within 24 hours of purchase. Once confirmed by you, your order will be sent to production! Shipping can take up to 1-4 business days depending on shipping method selected at checkout. Please see more about delivery and dispatch here.

I provided the wrong address, Can I change this?

How do I get the best application results?

Here's a few tips! Please see our how to video here

  • Always pre-press your shirt for 1-5 seconds
  • Use even pressure when pressing your garment
  • Use recommended temperature for garment (See instructions)
  • Repress the clear backing if the design does not separate from the garment

What fabric can I use?

Cotton, Polyester, Polyester-cotton blends.

We do not recommend materials like nylon, spandex or anything that can melt due to heat.

Is this washing machine safe?

Yes, we would recommend using a cold wash with the shirt inside out.

Do not wash the shirt within 24 hours of application!

Due to the heat of a warm wash, it can cause the transfer to peel away from the shirt.

Can I provide my own fonts?

Yes, of course. To provide your own font please ensure to send through the downloadable link or file for us to access it on our end.

I created my design in Canva, can I share this with you?

Definitely! All you have to do is share the document with us via email to hello@ntlprint.com.auand we will be able to take over from there.
