Can I provide my own fonts?
Yes, absolutely. If you have a specific font in mind, simply send through a downloadable link or the font file to hello@ntlprint.com.au and we'll use it in your design. Not sure which font to choose? Browse our available font styles in the product images above — we have script, bold, serif, modern, and handwritten options to suit every event style.
I created my design in Canva, can I share this with you?
Definitely! Canva designs are welcome. Simply share your Canva document link with us via email at hello@ntlprint.com.au and we'll take it from there — cutting and printing directly from your design. Make sure your design is set to the correct dimensions and that sharing permissions are set to 'Anyone with the link can view'.
What can I apply my decal to?
Vinyl decals work best on smooth, flat, clean surfaces. This includes painted acrylic, glass, mirrors, wood, walls, windows, and most hard surfaces. Avoid applying to textured, porous, or curved surfaces as adhesion may be reduced. For best results, clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol before application and allow it to dry completely.
I recieved my order in multiple parts, why?
We commonly do this for larger decals to help with the application process.

When will I receive my order?
Production takes 1–3 business days. If you've requested a design proof, we'll send this within 24 hours of purchase — once you approve it, your order moves straight to production. Shipping takes an additional 1–4 business days depending on your selected method and location. Same/next day dispatch is available as a rush order option at checkout. We ship Australia-wide from Sydney, NSW.

Are your decals removable?
Yes, our vinyl decals are removable but not reusable. They are designed for temporary or semi-permanent use, making them perfect for event hire backdrops, rented venues, or displays you want to update. To remove, gently peel from one corner. If any adhesive residue remains, clean the surface with a standard window cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
