We offer 3 shipping profiles. Stamped standard with no tracking ( 2-7 business days) Standard shipping w/tracking (2-4 business days) Express shipping (2-3 business days) w/tracking
Can I track my order once it's been dispatched?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped if you have opted in for tracking at checkout.

We accept AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files.

Are there specific design guidelines I should follow for the best results?
Use high-resolution images 3000x3000px PNG (300 dpi) and maintain a clear margin around the edges of your design.
How can I ensure my design is of high quality for printing?

What custom options are available for stickers?
We offer a variety of shapes, sizes, and materials, including vinyl, paper, and holographic. We only offer a gloss & matte finish
How do I determine the best size for my stickers?
Consider the application and visibility required; we can advise on common sizes for various needs.
Can I request a specific cut for my stickers?
Yes, we offer die-cut and kiss-cut options to fit your design.
Is it possible to divide my order among different designs?
Yes, but there may be a minimum quantity per design.
What is the minimum quantity for an order?
The minimum order is typically 50 pieces.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Proofs & Quality Assurance
Will I receive a proof of my design before the final print?
Yes, a digital proof will be sent for approval before printing if you opt in for it at checkout.
How long do I have to approve a proof?
You have 24 hours to approve a proof once it is forwarded to you to keep your order on schedule.
What can I do if I opted out of receiving a proof and there's an issue with my order?
Contact us to discuss the issue; solutions may vary from reprinting to partial refunds, depending on the situation.
Custom Vinyl Decals
What distinguishes vinyl decals from stickers?
Vinyl decals are more durable and typically used for outdoor applications, unlike paper-based stickers. It has no background once it has been transfered
Can vinyl decals be applied to all surfaces?
They can be applied to most smooth, clean surfaces but might not adhere well to textured or rough materials.
How do I properly apply and care for vinyl decals?
- Clean the application area, apply the decal slowly, and use a squeegee to remove air bubbles. For care, avoid high-pressure washes directly on the decal.
Are there custom options for vinyl decals?
Yes, we offer various custom options ranging from fonts, your text, size and colour.

Custom Iron on transfers
What is an Iron on, and what applications is it best for?
HTV iron on transfers involves transferring a design to a substrate using heat and pressure, ideal for fabrics and promotional items.
Can iron on transfers be applied to various materials?
Yes, it's suitable for a wide range of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends.
How do I ensure the longevity of iron on products?
Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble dry on low.
What are the design limitations with iron ons?
Fine details may be challenging to reproduce, and color matching due to solid colours we provide. We cannot print iron on transfers.
